Error while execution

    Hello,

    I’m using v2.5 and getting an “error while execution” error when hitting the ‘trigger’ button to feed order information to the Zapier Webhook?

    I noticed it on a previous thread and followed those steps but still getting the error?

    Hi Websand,
    Hope you are doing well. Please know that if the webhook is not correct or not has been configured correctly then this kind of issue may appear. When API triggers, it returns success and if no success, it means that error.

    So, please check if you are seeing any Warning or Fatal error on debug log.
    Also, If the webhook you added is correct and saved properly.
    And if at least one from and to staus has been selected. For example: Pending to Processing or so.

    Hi Ankur

    Sorry I should have updated the ticket. All is well now. Did a few changes and data started to flow. Not sure exactly what I did, but it’s working!
