    Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. In the case of this error, we recommend checking the following article with your developer:

    https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/woocommerce-error-request-consumer-data/

It lists the most common causes for this error. It is usually something in the configuration of your website or another plugin that blocks our access to your WooCommerce API.

Have you already tried deactivating all your plugins?+ trying to activate/authenticate ours only?

Unfortunately, as the article mentions, sometimes another plugin, a security setting, or even something like?cloudflare?could be preventing us from fetching your data correctly… I’m afraid we list all possible ways we know of troubleshooting this error in our guide.

Perhaps you can get in touch with your hosting provider or check the server logs to see if one can spot the issue (some customers that had this issue were able to see where the issue was originating from this way).

Please let me?know if you have any questions, or if your hosting provider/developer needs any further information to troubleshoot the issue, I’d be more than happy to help.
