Error while installing WordPress

  • Hi, I am getting this error while installing, what should I do to fix this?

    C:\Users\Jitika\Downloads\wordpress-3.6.1.tar.gz.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

    Try again later, or contact the server administrator.
