Error While redeeming

  • My customers are getting an error when trying to checkout if there is a gift card added at checkout, this is the error notice given each time:
    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    We have tried the coupons that are a part of the wordpress/woocommerce platform and they are not causing any errors at checkout.

  • I have an empty cart error on PayPal only with the gift card setting: Allow customers to pay for shipping with their gift card.

    I disable that and it works

    I deleted this plug in, too glitchy, no one was able to redeem their gift card on the site due to the error, its a pity, I liked it when it worked!
