    The SSL Certificate expires on 12-Oct-2021

    Under SETTINGS > SSL it showed the below
    > Your certificate will expire on 12/10/2021. You can renew it here.
    > The SSL certificate has been renewed, and requires manual installation in your hosting dashboard.
    > Your server provides shell functionality, which offers additional methods to install SSL. If installing SSL using the default methods is not possible, you can install the shell add on. Read more about this add on.1

    I clicked on the first one
    (viz. Your certificate will expire on 12/10/2021. You can renew it here.)

    It seems you have to create a new order in this case. Can you add the following behind the URL when you’re in the Let’s Encrypt wizard?
    &reset-letsencrypt=1

    This will reset the order, then you can re-generate it.

    .. it still ended in the same error

    i tried adding this [&reset-letsencrypt=1] when the Wizard gave the error.
    It Worked!!!
