error while running

    stupidly, this morning i tried uploading a PDF into my blog, i did it through the “add media” upload/insert button. i think it uploaded it as a program from what i remember earlier.

    now i cant access the admin panel

    and the blog isn’t loading everything

    the pages are working though.
