Error While saving Products

    Hi,

    We are getting an error when trying to save the products.
    I already changed the batch number to different sizes, but that didn’t work neither.
    Then I created the debug.log file as you suggested in this support ticket (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-while-saving-products/)

    I believe the error below might be the problem. But I don’t know how to solve it.

    Make sure this file exists and is writable by the web server:

    /home/405461.cloudwaysapps.com/zfujhxwczb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pw-bulk-edit/logs/save_products_exception.txt

    You may need to contact your website host if you need help creating this file.

    Hi,

    Yes, it looks like this file is missing.
    Isn’t there just a way to add this file by using FTP?

    Yes, you should be able to create it via FTP. Just make sure it’s writable by the web server process since this is where the error log is saved.

    I am sorry for not responding.
    Is there an example of how and what to add exactly? It’s a bit abstract for me right now?
    I don’t understand what kind of file and what needs to be inside?
