    Hi Markus,

    two days ago my customers started to get this (see below) error message when trying to pay for my products with EDD.

    I talked to EDD and to my hoster. I updated my hosting plan to more memory but that did not solve the issue. Later they found out that the Fastbill plugin caused this error. It was loading and loading and eventually the process stopped. After I deactivated the plugin everything worked fine again. But now my customers don’t get their bills because the plugin is deactivated ??

    I am using Version 1.6.0 of your Plugin and WordPress Version Version 4.9.8

    Could you maybe look into this?

    Hi Natascha,

    thanks to reaching out to me here. This error is caused by a to large package size. Can you please check if you have the debug mode activated in the EDD FastBill Settings? If so, deactivate it and remove the Log Entries from the Database (there is an option for it in the settings as well).

    Please let me know if this is fixing the error.

    thanks for your reply!
    The debug mode was activated indeed. I am trying to deactivate it, so I am unchecking the checkbox but the change is not applied instead the page loads and loads and loads and never finishes. Re-activating the plugin took unusually long as well in the first place. So right now, I cannot deactivate the debug-mode. Also I don’t see an option to clean the it in the plugin settings ??

    Would it be an option for you to log into my account and check it?

    Hi Markus,
    EDD just launched an update for their log database (or so).
    After running the update and with your instructions it works fine now. Seems to have been an EDD issue.
