error while updating the order status to completed and other suggestions too

    1. There is some bug in the plugin as I change the order status to completion an error comes displaying the reward amount to be credited.
    2. Also, add a limit to the number of times a new user can take referrals, as with this version an old user can also take referrals as many times he wants.
    3. Also add a way to manage the referral cashback amount at the backend(WordPress dashboard), that would be helpful in case of any complaint by the customer.

    I think these updates to the plugin will make it the best one.
