Error while uploading a picture

I’m trying to upload a file to a theme. But I get this error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7504 bytes) in /home/ngofuel/public_html/blog/wp-includes/media.php on line 258
