Error while uploading feed on Google Merchant Centre

  • I made an account on Google Merchant Centre and filled up all the details including the feeds link from our woocommerce page using the Google Shopping Feed plugin.

    I have 137 products on my website, they all have been listed on the Google Merchnt Centre but an error showed up due to which my feed cannot be processed.

    The error message says, “The product data you submitted in your feed does not meet the product data specification, so your products were not approved. Fix and update your feed to display products to customers. To see all issues, go to Diagnostics.”

    Please help me resolve this issue.

  • Since this relates to a feature offered by a specific plugin (and not a feature offered by WordPress itself), you’ll need to reach out to the author of that specific plugin for help.

    I can’t find an exact match for “Google Shopping Feed” in the www.ads-software.com plugins database.

    If you purchased the Google Product Feed from Woocommerce.com, please log in to your Woocommerce.com account and open a ticket so the product’s vendor can help you out.

    If you used a free plugin from www.ads-software.com, please find the specific plugin, click on the “Support” tab, and make a new post in the plugin’s own forum so the author and user community can help you.
