ERROR: White Blank Page for Non-Logged in Users

  • Hi.

    The same thing happened to one of my sites, although it only happened once. I’m keeping an eye on the sites for now, but this didn’t happen before the last update.

    I don’t know if it matters, but I also use Cloudflare. The minify settings on the plugin are disabled becasue I’m usoing Cloudflare’s minify options.

    Any recommendations on how to troubleshoot this issue? Or any recommended fix? Thanks.

    Hi Emre. I checked the error_log, but there’s nothing relevant there. I’ll be keeping an eye on my sites and report back if it happens again. Thanks for your follow up.

    I checked the error log also, there are some fatal errors but nothing special. Should I try to re-enable the plugin and see if anything is added to error_log?

    You should uncheck combine css, combine js and try.
