    Hello,

    We make use of WPML. Its installed correclty and working properly.
    I downloaded the woocommerce multilanguage plugin.

    When I activate this plugin I get a blank page. First I got the error of the memory limit. I changed the wp-config and the error is gone.

    But I still get a blank page when I activate the woocommerce plugin.

    I already reinstalled the plugin. No effect.

    Can someone help me with this problem?

  • The blank page is on the front and back end of the site? Are you running the latest version of wordpress, your theme and plugins?

    Then could you confirm that if you turn off all non WPML plugins and you revert to a default theme (like Twenty-Twelve) that the issue still exists?

    i have the same problem.

    i have wp 4.1 and glamo template (last version) when activate the plugin i have a blank page in front and back office.

    to resolve the problem i need to remove the plugin from ftp.

    do you have the solution?

    Hey ddaaaff, It might be best to post on the wpml.org support forum so that if needed we can access your site and debug the issue closer.

    Do you have the same error if you deactivate non WPML plugins and revert to a default theme like twenty-fourteen?

    I set this ticket as resolved because probably was a malfunction to the users installation.
