  • I have the same problem, I’m on the new version 12.4.3.

Widget shows fine in backend or even when logged in, just not in incognito. Same error:

Widget not found! Probably it is already deleted or there is typo in its ID…..

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The error message you’re encountering is likely due to a cached file from a previous plugin version.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of the plugin. If not, update it to the most recent version.
    2. Clear the cache in your WordPress caching plugin (e.g., LiteSpeed Cache or any other caching plugin).
    3. Clear your browser cache to ensure the latest version of the file is loaded.

After completing these steps, check if the issue persists.
Please let us know if this resolves the problem! ??

    Best regards,

    Hi @jackieriel

I’ve checked your website in various browsers and in incognito mode as well.
The widget appears to be functioning correctly on my end.
I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference: https://snipboard.io/UFkVnN.jpg.

It’s possible that your browser cached an incorrect file. To resolve this, I recommend clearing your browser cache or testing the page in incognito mode or a different browser to see if the issue persists. You can also try reloading the file directly via this link: https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js.

Let me know if this helps or if there’s anything else I can assist you with!

    Best regards,
