Error with “active” in read only section in settings of plugin

I have a problem with your plugin because when I go in the settings, clicks on the “active” and after “save changes” when I change page or refresh page, that setting isn’t save. I can say that when I open the page of settings, there are several error:

. I try to update wordpress to 5.3.1 versione but nothing change. Can you help me please?
