Error with Combo Products

    Hello
    First I want to thank you for this amazing Plugin
    I am trying it and it’s work perfectly
    but I have a problem that Iam using Woocommerce Combo offer Plugin
    I am adding a new product as a combo products and here the plug in are not working , I tried equal the category and equal the product and it’s not working
    can you suggest a help please

    there are 3 products in the offer , one of them is a simple product and the 2 others are combo offer , the simple product is working correctly , but when I add any other product with it the free shipping is hidden and it’s not working , and the 2 combo products are not working also

    I am not familiar with that plugin but we calculate shipping based on the items in the cart – I can’t say for certain how the comb plugin handles that

    If you open a ticket here: https://jem-products.com/contact-us/ – please include screenshots of it working and also not working, and also any info on how you have configured the plugin

    We’ll take a look but depending on what they are doing (if it’s not ‘standard’) it may not be possible
