    Connected plugin using the pixel, received errors when trying to connect to plugin so rolled back to previous version which worked, but WooCommerce connected to the wrong catalog as we were getting an error in Instagram that the store was already connected to another account. Setup a new catalog in Facebook, but now cannot re-run through the settings in the Facebook for WooCommerce to connect it to the right catalog so getting nowhere.

    I appreciate you taking the time to share the steps that you have taken so far. While I would encourage you to try to move to version 2.x, I’m happy to troubleshoot this with you a bit.

    When you say that you are not able to re-run through the settings to connect to the right catalog now, would you please tell me a little bit more about this? Are there any particular error messages that you could share? Any screenshots you might be able to provide would be great as well!
