Error with Connection – Ws-Tust

    When I try to establish a connection using the AlexaCRM Dynamics 365 connector I get the following error:

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: An error occurred when processing the security tokens in the message:You are using Ws-Tust authentication which has been deprecated and no longer supported in your environment. Please use oAuth2.0 authentication.. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    Hi @teamupfund

    It is exactly what the error says. WS-Trust is considered to be a legacy protocol so our plugin will not work in any tenant where legacy protocols are blanket-disabled.

    If you can create a non-interactive Dynamics 365 user and create an exception then it will work.

    If exception is not an option, consider using our next generation plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/integration-cds/. Premium features are being developed as we speak but the free version should get you started.
