Error with Contact form 7 when trying to save something

  • Hello
    I wondered if someone would be so kind to help me with this problem. I get the error message below when I try to amend and save the “Mail to” section in the edit page of contact form 7. It won’t let me save the correct email address where I want the email notifications to go too.

    Any help much appreciated.
