Error with Crio Premium Theme

Active theme: Crio (version 2.19.2)
Current plugin: Crio Premium (version 1.9.0)
PHP version 8.1.0

I do apologize, we are out of office on the weekends. Does your Crio premium issue produce an error message?

If you don’t see one right off you could try enabling WP_Debug to see if that reveals anything. You can copy/paste whatever you find into the thread here and we’ll definitely take a look and see what we can find.

I’ve seen an issue in with the customizer not loading in Crio that was associated with Custom Header and Footer locations. If you have any custom page headers set up try temporarily deactivating them then check to see if can reach your customizer.

If so, you know you have a page header registered in an inactive location.

When did you actually notice this issue? Was it after an update to your WordPress Core, Crio theme, or Crio Premium plugin perhaps? Or even after a new plugin installation?

Hello, I followed your instructions and I added the debug into the file. When I downloaded “File Manager” I?had to pay $25 because when I go the log, it says I?need to purchase PRO.??I copied the wp-file-manager-pro folder to the plug in directory. When I go to plugins there is no way for me to add any key. The File Manager is installed, however I?am unsure how to provide you with the information you need to continue. I copied the information from my website email to show you the error that I was receiving. I feel like you all are giving me the run around when I am explaining exactly what the email says and I am doing exactly what my hosting site told me to do, to contact Bold Grid about the Crio Premium. Please help me!

Error with Crio Premium Theme

The developer cannot help you here. If they do they risk getting into real trouble on this site.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

Hi @sheisencourage I do apologize I never meant for you to purchase a pro subscription for any plugin. WP_Debug can be enabled in a number of ways that are totally free. I’d encourage you to reach out for a refund to whatever premium service you purchased.

Your web host can help you enable wp_debug directly from your website file manager or you can also use a free wp_debug plugin from the WordPress Repository that will do the same and the error message will display on your live site.
