• When I tried to install wordpress, I saw a problem with database prefix but I have no idea what is that. Can someone tell me how can I fix it?

    Thanks.

  • No, unless you tell us what exactly was the error message; at what step did it occurr; what exactly were you doing etc…

    I never had installed wordpress before.

    This is my wordpress:

    https://unspoken-desires.net/wordpress/

    My information:

    // ** MySQL settings ** //
    define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘unspoken_blog’); // The name of the database
    define(‘DB_USER’, ‘unspoken_duniel’); // Your MySQL username
    define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘*****); // …and password
    define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’); // 99% chance you won’t need to change this value

    So, what are the answers for the questions asked on the Error page?

    Edit. BTW, Are you on Cpanel?

    Are you sure you have the correct user/password? Yes
    Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? Yes
    Are you sure that the database server is running? Yes

    Yes, I’m using CPanel.

    Read the CPanel section and pay very special attention to 3.4.
