Error with edit page/post with 4.9.4

I did a lot of troubleshooting. When I try to edit/create a page or post all the controls are gone and the area for text is 1/4 the size it should be. Ran through all the troubleshooting and get this list of errors. The strange thing is I uninstalled tinymce and they STILL show up. So I reinstalled it, they are still there. Is anyone else having this problem with this app? How do I totally remove it from WordPress?
