Error with Event Ticket Form shortcode

  • Hi, I’m using Eventin with a block theme and I’m having problems with the event page, because the header and the footer are not being properly displayed.

    As a workaround, I tried to use the shortcode etn_pro_ticket_form in a different page. I generated it from the plugin admin (under the option “Event Ticket Form (Pro)”) and pasted it in a new page.

    However, this isn’t working – I get an error message “updating failed” when trying to use this generated shortcode. Any advice on how to fix this, or on how to add my website header to the event page, would be much appreciated.

    Greetings! are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. Because we have not received any such issue from any client.?

    And the shortcode is working fine from our side without getting any errors. And lots of clients are using it without any issues. Would you please check your plugin whether it is both updated or not?

    And for the header footer issue, we have to check your site. Without checking we can not give you any proper instructions. It would be better if you follow our PINNED post and reach us more. So that, we can help you more with it.
