Error with Firefox Mobile

    Hi Francesco,

    Thank you for your message. I am afraid it appears that Firefox mobile at this point in time does not support model-viewer. This can be seen on the Browser Support section of the modelviewer.dev home page. https://modelviewer.dev/#section-browser-support

    Hopefully Firefox will support it in an upcoming version release. Until then users will need to use another browser.

    Hi Nick, thank you for your fast reply, so, is there a solution to not redirect user but show an alert that comunicate that the browser is unsupported?

    I will add this to the next version release of the plugin.

    A solution for this has just been released in v4.5 of the plugins. Please update to this version and let me know if you continue to have any issues.
