The error message suggests that you are in sandbox mode. In Sandbox mode, you can only send emails to verified addresses. Kindly follow the link to move out from Sandbox mode.

Hello there,

If you are in sandbox mode, you cannot even send test emails. To send test emails on sandbox mode, you need to verify both From and To emails.
