    Hello,

I am using your cache plugin and so far so good. A few days ago a client told me that he could not send a review (through the plugin Site reviews) and looking at the reason why he could not send the problem was because of the cached page. As I am reviewing the plugin configuration is checked the option to not cache the pages of users connected, but it seems that there is something that makes it cache and the form to send the review does not work.

Trying to deactivate the plugin the submission works perfectly.

The review form is inside the courses offered by my website. So you must be logged in and subscribed to the course to be able to access the form.

Could you help me to know what it is? I don’t want to remove this plugin because it works very well.

    Best regards.

    Hello @vmarko

    The website is:

    https://rendimientoevolutivo.com/

The review form is inside the last lesson of each course so you must be registered and logged in and have purchased a course to leave a review.

For example, in this URL you will find the following form for reviewsbut as I said above you must have purchased a course to see it:

    https://rendimientoevolutivo.com/lessons/8-tu-opinion-cuenta/

Here is a link to a screenshot of the page cache configuration

I hope you find some of this helpful.

    Thanks.

    Hello @atenea1988

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
I can see that you also have Minify enabled in the General settings. Can you please go to perofmrance>minify and make sure that the option “Disable Minify for logged-in users is enabled” save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists?
If the issue still occurs, please add /8-tu-opinion-cuenta/ to Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Never Cache following pages filed and Performance>Minify>Advanced>Never minify following pages, also save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the issue persists.

    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko

I have followed your steps and the problem persists.

Can you think of anything else?

The plugin is up to date, I also migrated the site recently from one server to another and I don’t know if that could be the reason.

    Best regards.

    Hello @atenea1988

    Thank you for your feedback.
Do you have any other layer of caching like server-side cache or some CDN?
Can you please manually delete the /cache/ folder in wp-content(dont worry the files will be re-created)
Go to the W3TC save all settings and purge the cache again and see if the problem is still there.
Alternatively please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue.

    Thanks!
