Error with & in redirect

Hello,
Im having a problem with the redirect to an url with 2 GET variables:
I put this URL in redirect: https://breaktourpadel.com/finalizar-compra/?add-to-cart=%5Bventa%5D&quantity=2

But it send https://breaktourpadel.com/finalizar-compra/?add-to-cart=%5Bventa%5D&quantity=2

So I can’t GET quantity variable

The page with the form is: https://breaktourpadel.com/liga/liga-de-prueba/

Any solution?
