Error with Internet Explorer 11 64 bit

  • Hi

    Any attempts to login with IE11 64bit return “unknown error occurred”, but it still logs in, but you don’t know until there is a page refresh.

    It works fine in every other browser I’ve tried (firefox, chrome, safari, opera ) on both PC and Mac, but no matter how we try to log in on IE 11, we get this error.

    Can you help?

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
