Error with Link Directory Plugin on BP 1.5.1.

  • Hello! I tried using this plugin on WP 3.2.1. with BP 1.5.1. and each time had different results. I have several other plugins loaded but they don’t seem to be in conflict.

    first attempt: the output showed up 3x on the horizontal
    second attempt: won’t add URL to the directory
    third attempt: it was working fine but after 12 hours, my header got studded with this repeating error:

    Had to deactivate the plugin for now until help is available.

    P.s. Does anyone know how I can retrieve the data entered into the directory and export it?

  • I get the same errors when using the plugin with the latest versions of WP and BuddyPress. Worked fine the first day then suddenly crashed. Tested for plugin incompatibilities etc., nothing so far.

    Possible temporary fix

    I was having a similar problem although my error related to slightly different lines but all related to the recount_pagerank function which must have kicked off.

    In the file processing.php I commented out lines 229 to 223 which started // Recount pr? and the errors disappeared as all returned to normal.
