Hi @antosya, sorry to hear you’re having problems with logging in as an administrator on your site.
Are you using either reCAPTCHA or 2FA features of our Login Security module, or just logging in with usernames and passwords on their own?
I’d suggest changing to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four and disabling all other plugins except for Wordfence, then try to log in again. If you have the same issue, letting us know that it definitely occurs when only Wordfence is active would be helpful knowledge to have. If everything seems like it’s working fine when you do that, reenabling your plugins and theme one-by-one could help us identify when it starts reoccurring and what might be causing it.
If you need to regain access in order to do the above, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins directory and rename the “wordfence” directory to wordfence.bak temporarily. If you’re able to get into your site after this, rename the folder back to wordfence. You’d need to reconfigure 2FA if it was previously enabled.
Thanks,
Peter.
