Error with moving Widgets

    When I try to move widgets, I cannot. However, I can click and drag around dashboard objects.

    I’ve tried disabling plugins, and using the 2012 theme, and the issue still occurs.

    I turned on script debugging, and the error I get on the widgets page is

    Since this is a minified version of the jquery script, I cannot really see what the issue is

    Any ideas?
