Error with my sitemap_index

Hello, this problem that I am going to describe has happened to me on several websites.
One of them is https://klawter.com/ when I go to check the sitemap_index.xml the sitemap does not come out correctly, but it comes out as in the image.
We have deleted the cache, reset htacces, we have deactivated and activated the Yoas SEO sitemap option to re-generate the sitemap and nothing.
What could it be due to?
