Hello, on my site there is a mistake with the nicknames and avatars of the users. First, some of your users instead of a nickname was written in their id. For example, instead of “Jack” from human written id8773734784. Secondly, those who have such a display of their nickname in the id there is another problem. They have not displayed the avatar, and instead displays again their id. On the community page they don’t even have the circle with the man (avatar of the default profile) on its place again, just written by their id. How can I solve this problem? ver. 1.3.88

    Hi @qwerty66,

What user display settings and “Profile Permalink Base” do you have in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Users?
Have you tried to do a conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if this issue goes away? Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Regards.

I spent a full conflict test… It did not give any results. I even have the theme changed and still the error is not gone.

    Hi @qwerty66,

Can you please attach screenshots of this issue so we can better understand it.

    Regards.

I wanted to do screenshots, but I don’t know how to upload them here…

    How can I do this?

I learned something else about my problem. So you see only those users who have set a picture (avatar). Some users who also have the profile picture is displayed normally, and I see their avatars.

Maybe it’s all in the formats of uploaded photos? For example: if a user uploads a profile photo with a jpeg or png then all appears well. But if he uploads a photo of different format, all is displayed as I described above. What do you think about it?
