Error with order status when using Radar from Stripe

We have been experiencing issues with payments since we implemented Radar for Stripe. Although we are able to sell products and receive payments in Stripe, the order status in Woocommerce changes to ‘Failed’ or ‘Cancelled’ and the order confirmation email is not being sent. We need to solve this to avoid errors in the manage of our ecommerce.
