Error with Paypal “Payment failed, please try again!”

  • Hi there,

    I can’t get forminator to work with PayPal. The form seems to work fine and after clicking on Paypal Checkout the paypal window opens but clikcing there to confirm the payment the forminator form returns back the error “Payment failed, please try again!”.

    I’ve tried with Sandbox and Live mode but neither of them is working. I’ve also tried it with other form plugins (WP form7) and it also didn’t work.
    What could be the reason?

    This may be either a conflict with another plugin/theme/script on the site where it’s not working. Or there may be something server-side that is blocking things, like a firewall.

    So the first thing would be to check for a plugin conflict. If you can, temporarily deactivate all other plugins on the troublesome site and test again.

    If that doesn’t work, you may want to check with your host if there is maybe something on their end that could be interfering or blocking things.
