error with permissions

    I received this error while importing:

    What does mean? I’ve tried to change permissions in folder via FTP but it still not work.

    Try to uninstall the plugin and install it again.
    If the issue still repeats see if your hosting provider can assist with permissions.
    There might be a restriction to what folders the plugins can write to.
