  • Hi chaosm,

We would strongly advise you to use XML feeds for Google Shopping, exactly for this reason as in conversion to CSV files or when users open a CSV file these kind of things could happen.

Could you switch the feed to XML and see if it solves the issue at hand?

the feed we tried to generate is for google drm. you have a prebuilt field for this only at csv. when I try to generate a google shopping or custom xml feed, you don’t have the standard drm fields for adwords.

if i will try to pass this field to adwords business data it returns me an error that i use custom feeds.

So how can i export your prebuilt google drm feed to xml?
    Thanks

    Hi chaosm,

It wasn’t clear to me you were talking about a DRM feed. Most likely this has something to do with your WooCommerce currency options. Could you let us know how these settings are for you:

It is important to know that Google is only accepting a ‘.’ as the decimal mark. See: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6053288?co=ADWORDS.IsAWNCustomer%3Dfalse&hl=en

    I didn’t change anything

    Hi chaosm,

We did make changes for users who had a ‘.’ as decimal separator in their prices but somehow that must have effected your DRM feed too. We have just pushed out a new release, version 4.7.0, that should fix the issue at hand.

Can you update the plugin and give it a try?

    Our apologies for this.

Seems to work now but only for new entry.
    What about the old entries?
    Thanks

Not sure what you mean by old entries? When you reprocess the product feed it creates an entire new feed with prices fixed for all products.
