    Hi, when our customers enter their details and submit, an error message returns them saying “Error: Unable to process the PayPal API Request”. Investigating the YITH logs, it says there is a missing Shipping Address.

    This is strange, as when the ‘Deliver to a different address?’ is unchecked it should be sending the billing address. Also in the YITH log, it is clearly capturing the billing address details.

    What information do you need sent?

    Hi, this is a priority matter for the client as many orders are not processing through because of this error. Is anyone looking into this? Is there an alternative means of communication I can use?

    Closing this topic.

    For anyone facing a similar issue, it seems to be that when paired with the YITH Checkout plugin, there can be an issue where the plugin thinks the shipping address is required even when it should be the same as billing. Disabling the YITH Checkout plugin seems to solve my YITH Paypal issue.
