Error with Smart Update Pinger & Options-writing-update services

When I add a new service to ping via the smart update pinger or the Options-writing-update services, it takes me to a page that it is trying to create as a post on my url.

example:https://www.yourorganics.net/wp-admin/options.php

It doesn’t take me back into the admin page or show the updates. Is this a bug? Is there a fix?
