Error with tags and archive

I have the same problem
when try to visit sub_category it’s giving me the page not fount or redirect to category page

does your theme have an archive.php or tag.php file?
if not, is index.php edited in any way?
have you ask the developer of the theme for help?

I tried to ask the developer, but he didn’t answer me yet. Also, I just verified it doesn’t have an archive.php file or a tag.php one. Should I create one? If yes, how?

keep asking the developer;
paticular check whether index.php is edited in any way to just show the front page
