    This is actually expected behavior that occurs when the remote jsDelivr API is down – which it is in a very rare occurrence. As Dmitriy from jsDelivr says:

    We hit a unique Github limit and it broke jsDelivr’s API.

    Anyhow, BFA is smart enough to detect when this happens, let you know via the warning you saw), and automatically load the included backup version (which is currently 4.1.0 – not the version is output for you which was an error that’s been fixed).

    Does that help? Font Awesome will still render just fine for you, it’s just to let you know that there was a connectivity issue, which is also super helpful for myself and other developers when debugging user issues.

    Hi,

    Could we have a “Dismiss” button on the message please? It takes up an awfully large amount of real estate for a message that isn’t critical.
