Error with updating the plugin manually

I have the latest wordpress version and I’m using the 000webhost which doesn’t allow auto-updates (as I read online) so I did the update of the plugin manually and it shows me this:
I click on “update” and it doesn’t do anything. What can I do? How can I correct it?
