    I am having the problem with installing woocomerce.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It seems like you are having difficulty installing WooCommerce, is this correct?

    As a first step, can you try temporarily disabling the JetEngine plugin and see if this makes any difference, as it’s possible that it may be invoking the error coming from WooCommerce core?

    If the issue persists, it’s possible that there may be a theme/plugin conflict that is causing this issue.

    Please can you try the following:

    • Switching to a default theme, such as Storefront.
    • Deactivating all plugins.
    • Download the latest version of WooCommerce core here.

    Now check and see if you are now able to install WooCommerce successfully.

    If that fixes the problem, re-enable your theme and then the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please can you share a screenshot of the error messages as you are seeing them when trying to install WooCommerce.
