Error with Woocommerce

    Hello,

    I had a problem with Woocommerce, in product edit, the product data section was not showing.

    I deactivated all the plugins that I have installed and this plugin is the one that is causing the problem.

    Woocommerce version: Version 5.1.0
    Everything, themes and plugins are updated to their latest version.

    I tested the plugin with Woocommerce 5.1.0 it’s having no problem.
    I guess you having a problem with one of the Woocommerce addons in order to find the problem active “Disable XML-RPC-API” and go to the product edit page then click on F12 on your keyboard go to the console tab and if you see any errors send it here to me.
    After that install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/error-log-monitor/
    And send me the PHP error log.

    I’m sorry to say that I am also having the same issue as above. Shame because the plugin has been useful to me.

    To test I deactivated all the plugins accept for the latest woocommerce than wne through all the plugins one by one to see what was causing the issue. When I turned this plugin on the woo product data options vanish. Turn it off and they appear again.

    I’m sorry for hearing that.
    Which theme do you use and what is your Woocmmerce version?
    Did you deactivate all other plugins except Woocmmerce and my plugin?

    As I mentioned above yes, all plugins deactivated apart from woo commerce 5.1.0.

    I kept my theme installed while testing which is Jupiter x version 1.23.0

    I can’t determine what is causing the problem I need more information.
    Can you send me your website’s last error logs in here or to this email “info at neatma.com”?

    Send me your server config maybe it’s a PHP version or other configuration problem.
    To do that Go to: WooCommerce > Status. and send all inside the Server Environment tab.
