Hi, we are getting the below error. I was able to upgrade WP to 6.7 through Softaculous but the website still errors after the homepage. I’ve tried to disable and/or delete the plugin from Softaculous but it does not take saying it can’t because it is an active plugin. I am also unable to login to wordpress itself and get the same plugin error below after the login page. Any help with this would be appreciated.

“Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 8.0.0”. You are running 7.2.34. in /home/gardenoasisrv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 24

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your issues with the plugin.

Unfortunately, this is caused by the fact that you are using an outdated version on PHP.

Please try the following to fix the issue:

    1. Disable the plugin using Softaculous (you can follow the directions from their docs).
    2. Visit this page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/advanced/, and download version 3.0.16, as it is the last version that supports PHP versions < 8.
    3. Enable the plugin

Please let us know if this fixes your issue.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

Yes, that is correct. However it is also erroring when trying to login even from the WordPress Management tool in Softalucous. I’ve tried to disable the plugin through Soft.. and it turns back on. Delete gives an error that an active plugin cannot be deleted. We are completely locked out.
