Hello. I migrated a store to the Google Cloud Platform, where WordPress is not using SMTP. I set up the SparkPost plugin and the general notifications are working. The “Contact Form 7” emails are also working. But with the “Woocommerce Catalog Inquiry”, the error “Error in system please try later” happens. Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you!

It seems to be a mail server issue.

Will you please let us know the version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Catalog Enquiry and PHP version of your server, so that we can assist you further.

Looking forward to your co-operation regarding the same.

    Hi.
    WordPress: 4.7.5
    WooCommerce: 3.0.7
    WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry: 3.0.2
    PHP: 5.6.30-10+deb.sury.org~xenial+2
    Server: nginx/1.10.3

    Thanks.

@fernandolopes We haven’t found any such issue from our end.

We would suggest you configure SMTP, for that you can use some SMTP plugin.

Even after this the issue still exists, please let us know, we will assist you accordingly.

Looking forward to your co-operation regarding the same.

    Hi,

With the SMTP option, the sending is “loading” forever and does not send. :/

@fernandolopes We have checked this on our site, the emails are working properly.

Will you please get in touch with the plugin’s author, regarding this issue.

    Keep us posted.
