Just note that if you send the file with the “Flash uploader” him despite registering a record in the database does not upload the file but if you do the registration for the “browser uploader” sending the file is done with the registration in the database.

In this case, the error appears to be in the “Flash uploader”. How can we solve this? (This error came with the last update of the WP-Filebase).

Também estou com o mesmo problema websid, caso descubra a solu??o compartilhe conosco, obrigado.

Exactly the same problem here. Unfortunately, the plugin author seems to be absent from these discussions.

Does anyone know if this problem just started after the most recent update? If so, is it possible to roll back without losing all downloads?

Yes I also have the same issue following the upgrade. Any ideas how it can be fixed?

You have to downgrade. Download a previous working version from here
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-filebase/download/

Go to wp-content-Plugins and rename the wp-filebase to wp-filebase-bad.
Upload the plugin version you download previously.

    Hi,
I could not reproduce this issue yet. In Version 3.1.02 the issue exists but in 3.1.01 not, anyone can confirm?

Things you should try and report here:

    1. Check JS console for any errors
    2. Check if file nam gets filled after the upload with the flash uploader is done
    3. Switch to extended form and see if thumbnail appear after upload with the ‘flash uploader’, but before submitting the whole form
    4. Does the batch uploader work?
    5. Try it on the WP-Filebase main screen /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpfilebase_files

Btw its always safe to downgrade WP-Filebase from any version, if not noted otherwise in the changelog.

    2 things more:
    6. Are there special characters in the file name?
    7. Whats the exact name of the error message? Screenshot?

Here’s what i’ve realized so far in my case, with the lattest version of the plugin and WP 4.3.1:

    1. If the file has a name with spaces, it will trough the not found error.
    2. If the file name is separates by “-” then it also giver not found error (I.E: my-file-name.pdf)
    3. It only works with the browser OR batch uploader, not working with flash uploader
    4. Renaming the files with underscores solved it for me (my_file_name.pdf works, if not uploaded by the flash uploader)
