error wrong confirmation code wp email capture

  • i just started using wp email capture and most subscriptions are working just fine, but some people who sign up get this message when the try to confirm.

    can anyone help resolve it…

    That messages usually appears when people try and confirm twice (i.e. click on the link twice) or somebody is purging the temporary emails on a regular basis.

    is there a way to get them a new confirmation code, or another solution to this issue?
