Yoast SEO Causing An Error When Creating a New Post

We have the same problem. I believe the plugin developers have a lot of work to do to resolve this conflict.

I have the same problem, and I use Yoast Seo Premium. I have disabled all plugins including templates, but the problem persists. It only works when I disable Yoast SEO premium. I am currently with Yoast Seo (No premium) and everything is working. However I have redirects and other services in the Premium.

But the Yoast plugin has been updated, but before the release of wordpress 5.5.
and then I repeat, at least on my part, when I deactivate Yoast everything goes back to normal. Ergo, the problem may be Yoast.

Carl, as per your advice, I downloaded the plugin for diagnostics, I first activated Yoast and then, one at a time the other plugins, then I activated the theme I use. All this led to no results, or rather no conflict. I believe, at this point, that the problem is a conflict with Wp 5.5.

Hi, I found the issue. There’s some conflict between Yoast SEO and Stackable – Gutenberg Blocks plugin, on my website.

Only one can be enabled, If I disable “Stackable” and Have YOAST ON it will work and vice versa. But when both are activated, it will throw an error.

I don’t know why this is happening, but @devnihil please have a look.

And @universalmovies @antoniomanco, you too try the troubleshooting mode, because there may be some plugins or theme which might be conflicting with YOAST.

As I said in the previous message, I have done the diagnostic check, and I have no known or reported problems.

I disabled the plugins in diagnostic mode. I just left Yoast Seo Premium and I get the same error I copy below.

I did a further test: I tried to use the WordPress app for smartphones, and only in that case, with Yoast activated, I can create posts and edit them.

I currently found this plugin (Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP) conflict with yoast, i deactivated it and it works.

I have already opened a report regarding the support service of the other plug-in. I hope this conflict is resolved in a short time as I love both plug-ins.

I opened a report on the support forum of the other plug-in (Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP), and they finally released a new version without problems.
