• Today I wanted to do a little change on my menu – but unfortunately there appears an error when I click on

Accordeon Menu CK – or on:
    All Styles

The error only says “You are not allowed to do any action here !” and thats it.

When I click on “Add new” – no error. But after creating a new menu as test, the above error for the available styles remains unfortunately.

I have already tried to deactivate several Plugins, but this did not help. Maybe its the newest WordPress or WooCommerece Update?

But I do not know, have not been into the menu for a long time.

On the page it is working without any problems, fortunately.

    Thank you,
    Sandra

    HI
I have tested by my side and I don’t get any issue
the problem may come from the rights of your user that neeeds “edit_plugins” as role

Thank you for your quick reply.

The user I am logged in with is an “Administrator”. I have now tried another “Administrator-Account”, but the error remains unfortunately. /-:

When I click on “Investigate” in Chrome Browser, I get this info:

“Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://spoo-design.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=accordeonmenuck_general’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure favicon ‘https://spoo-design.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/cropped-favicon-1-192×192.png’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”

It seems there is the problem. Can I do something about this by myself?

    Thank you,
    Sandra

Sorry, that was not the problem. I deleted the favicon, but the “you are not allowed error” remains.

The console then just says “Uncaught (in promise) Error: The message port closed before a response was received.”

    Thank you,

may be that you have a problem with your https setting
if you launch the ajax request witout httpS (as for your favicon), then you can have the problem
